Document Revision Mechanism

The BAF team may modify this whitepaper under the following circumstances:

• Technical Upgrades: Major changes to the core protocol.

• Regulatory Requirements: Adjustments based on newly enacted laws and regulations (revisions must undergo review by the compliance consulting firm Hogan Lovells).

• Emergencies: Major risks, such as system security vulnerabilities, etc.

⚖️ Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

• Dispute Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and resolved according to the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) rules.

• Language Version: In the event of any discrepancies between language versions, the English version shall prevail.
